You can only watch so much Netflix so I rounded up some fun, new activities that you can participate in from your couch:
1. Travel:
Now this is cool--virtually tour parts of National Parks across the country that most people can never go to. The vivid images and videos are so breathtaking and the interactive features will really keep you entertained...lots of fun facts too! It is easy to forget how amazing nature is and this inspired me to plan my next road trip (in the future of course)
2. Tour a new city
Get up close and personal with works of art from museums from all over the world or even see the pyramids. The entertainment here is endless.
A few of my favorites:
3. Craft a new skill
Fargo local business, Unglued, is offering craft kits and virtual workshops!
4. Start a Virtual Club
Get the gang together via zoom with a book club or a cooking club. With more time spent at home, it is a great opportunity to read those books you always buy and never get the time to read. Having a group to chat about the book with after you finish it always makes it more fun! For a cooking club, pick a theme for each one (French, Asian) share recipes and enjoy your meal together via zoom while you share your thoughts on how it turned out.
5. Color
Fun for kids and adults, over one hundred museums have transformed pieces from their collections into free coloring pages. Just print them off and get creative.
6. Escape Room (in your living room)
My sister and I are big escape room fans and this one is a fun way to participate while staying in your jammies. We tried the circus heist and loved it!
Stay safe + healthy!
